What is the involvement of the driver during the Fleet&DriverCare services? |

- Vehicle monitoring
For the monitoring services of the physical condition of the car, no involvement or any interventions of the driver are required. Only when tires need to be replaced , windshields repaired or replaced or when body repair work is required, the driver will have to make sure his car keys are available ( for example at the reception desk. )
- Mobileye and Driver Behaviour Monitoring
An appointment is made with the driver to install the Mobileye or the Save Driver Care Kit. After the installation, which doesn’t take long (Mobileye aprox 1h15, Save Driver Care Kit aprox 20 min), the driver is contacted, so that he can pick up his car, or the keys are dropped off at the reception desk. After the installation the driver will get direct signals from the Mobileye in the car. With a personal login and password he can check his driver behavior on our website.

What is the involvement of the fleet manager during the Fleet&DriverCare services? |

- Vehicle Monitoring:
The fleet manager will be involved in the planning and organization of the on-site visits (e.g. guaranteeing access by alerting security). The fleet manager has the option that Fleet&DriverCare alerts glass repair companies, mobile tire companies or body repair shops when necessary. If not opted for, the fleet manager will need to do some follow-up based on the action reports provided. By preference, the HR department of the company is also involved in the design of an employer branding HR campaign in order to maximize the positive effects of the Fleet&DriverCare services.
- Mobileye
Once the Mobileye is installed, there is no further interaction required as this is a safety device with direct feedback (audiovisual signal) to the driver.
- DriverBehaviour Monitoring
After the Save Driver Care Kit is installed, the fleet manager receives detailed dashboards, offering a clear view on the driving behavior of all his drivers. The provided exception reporting gives the fleet manager the opportunity to take the necessary actions. Fleet&DriverCare will provide a communication flow towards the individual driver, in order to involve and motivate the driver and to optimize the impact of this service. An active involvement of the company in the communication process is required to make a this service successful .

What if vehicles are never on-site? |

Vehicles that are not on-site will be checked when being assembled for meetings or other events. Cars from sales representatives can be checked during monthly or bi-weekly sales meetings. The planning and places of these checks will be done with the fleet manager or its representative. |
